Stanley is recalling nearly 2.6 million travel mugs due to a burn hazard caused by the lids detaching during use. The mugs were sold at various stores from June 2016 to December 2024, with 91 reports of incidents and 38 burn injuries. Owners can register for a free replacement lid on Stanley's website by providing the product's identification number and place of purchase.
